Sorting a Column in a List

Find what you need fast by sorting a column in a list. 

1. In the left-hand menu, click a list such as My Items.

2. When your list displays, in this case a list of Requested Items:

a. sort up or down by clicking in the blue column heading. In the example below, the Due Date column was clicked, sorting the most recently ordered items first. If you click again, the least recent orders will be listed first.

 

b. Notice when you click a column name it's put into the Go to search box. In this case, "Due Date", appears into the search box. Here you can enter a due date for this item, if known.
