Issue submitting an Assignment in bCourses

If you experience technical problems while submitting an Assignment in bCourses, take these steps to troubleshoot the issue.

1. Make sure you've updated to the latest browser version

2. Clear your browser cache
   • https://clear-my-cache.com/
3. Disable browser add-ons/extensions
   • Some privacy or ad-blockers have been known to cause issues
4. Try submitting your assignment using a private/incognito window. Instructions for commonly used browsers:
   • Google Chrome
   • Mozilla Firefox
   • Safari
   • Microsoft Edge
5. Try a different browser. Repeat.
