The bIT Windows team can create a service account to run your application(s) upon request. A service account will be created for each environment (Dev, QA, Prod, etc.) for your application.
Please note that in general, the Windows team will not manage private (pvt) accounts for users. If you need a pvt account you should contact the OU admin for your organization or Campus Shared Services.
