Depending on the operating system you selected with your order you may need to manually configure your network settings.  You may also need to create/update the local firewall rules.  If you’re still unable to get on the network after verifying your settings feel free to update your order ticket or create a new one explaining the situation.  Self-managed requests can be sent to cloud-ticket@berkeley.edu.

We will make sure your NIC was assigned to the correct VLAN and also check hardware firewall rules.  Be sure to mention the source (IP, range, subnet, etc.) of the traffic along with the port(s) you want open.
