I got a new phone and can't get past the 2-Step to add a new device. What should I do?

Answer

Log in to CalNet. When prompted for 2-step verification, select other options. Select manage devices at the bottom of the device list and complete the verification using a registered device or passcode.

Once your identity is verified, you can manage your devices. To register a new device, visit the CalNet 2-Step website.
