How to upload your booster shot information into eTang
 

To be in compliance with the vaccine mandate, you must upload your booster information into eTang: 

  1. Take a picture of your CDC issued vaccine card.
  2. Go to etang.berkeley.edu and login using your CalNet ID.
  3. Click “Medical Clearances” on the left hand menu.
  4. Look for COVID-19 Vaccine and click the green "Update" button.
  5. On the next screen, click the green "Upload" button to upload the picture of your CDC issued vaccine card.
  6. Click the green "Add Immunization" button to enter the date you received your booster and select the type of vaccine from the drop-down menu.
  7. Double check you have entered the dates correctly. 
  8. Click "Done."

Once you enter your booster information, your campus access badge will update overnight.
