How to update your ServiceNow contact information

The ServiceNow platform is synchronized with the campus directory nightly. Some users may wish to add additional information directly to the platform. Additional information tracked by the ServiceNow platform includes:

• Mobile phone
• Building or Location name
• Preferred contact method

The following steps will outline the process of changing contact information via the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal:

1. Go to https://berkeley.service-now.com/ess/
2. Click "Account Settings" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
3. Update information as needed
4. Click Save
