About this task

Use this procedure if your having problems with your application to erase possible corrupt configurations. Resetting your application will re-install your settings.

 

Instructions on how to reset desktop Application

  1. To reset the Avaya IX Workplace client click on the settings icon

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Next navigate to Support > Reset Application

 

  1. On the pop-up window click on Clear

 

 

 

  1. Once application has been reset click on Configure my account to re-login

 

 

 

Instruction on how to reset mobile Application

 

  1. Click on the menu button located on the upper left hand corner.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Next click on the Settings icon

  1. Then click on Support

 

  1. Next click on Reset Application
