How to remove a user from ServiceNow

Users can be removed from the ServiceNow platform via the Service Catalog in ServiceNow.

Please note:

  1. In the Application Navigator search box at the top left of the window, search for "service catalog"
  2. Click on "Service Catalog" under "Self-Service"
  3. Go to IT Service Catalog > Enterprise Applications > ServiceNow (navigate to https://berkeley.service-now.com/ess/it_catalog.do)
  4. Click Delete Users from ServiceNow Group
  5. Select a UC Berkeley affiliate
  6. Select an existing ServiceNow group
  7. Click Order Now
