All voice service requests (add, move, change, delete) must be submitted in the Telecom Catalog (TelCat). Ordering the new J179 VoIP Desk phone will follow the current process for ordering a new voice line with equipment.
Submit a request for new service using the Add New Telephone Line and Equipment form. When it’s time to choose equipment, select J179. Complete the rest of the form and submit the request. You will receive a Request Item number (RITM); reference this number for questions and updates.
