The ServiceNow Support Team occasionally sends emails to licensed users, for example when we upgrade the system, send release notes, or when there are system outages.
If you are a licensed agent, you cannot opt-out of these emails.
If you no longer have a license to ServiceNow, you do not need to inform us to remove you from the mailing list. Before we send an email, we refresh the mailing list with current licensed users and you will automatically be removed.
If you no longer use ServiceNow (no longer need a license, but still have one), please fill out the service request form to remove yourself (or someone else) from ServiceNow group. Note: You may belong to multiple groups and should remove yourself from all groups. Once you no longer have a license, you will automatically be removed from the mailing list.
