Berkeley IT is currently piloting Duo Desktop; it is only available to pilot users at this time.
If you do not see Duo Desktop in Self Service, email itcshelp@berkeley.edu. Include that you are trying to install Duo Desktop, but the application is not available in Self Service.

Please note that Duo Desktop security checks require the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge browser. If you are running Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR) it may be identified as out of date and fail security checks. In that case, you can either install non-ESR alongside ESR or use a different browser when accessing applications that require Duo Desktop.
