In the left-hand bar of the Telecom Catalog, click on Knowledge / Help under "Self-Service"
In the search box type in the word or phrase you are looking for. Such as "call forwarding" and click on the magnifying glass. All KB articles with that word or phrase will appear. Click on the article you wish to view.
