1. Create a 'change' request with the service/comments/funding/contact info and 'add to cart'.
2. Stay on that page, clear out the Service ID and enter the new service ID. You may need to adjust the comments based upon what you're requesting. Press 'add to cart'.
3. Stay on that page, clear out the Service ID and enter the new service ID. Adjust comments if necessary. Press 'add to cart'.
4. and so on until finished.
5. Then press 'Edit cart and checkout'.
6. This will take you to the cart review screen where you can review/add/delete items. Then press 'Place your order'.
You can do the same thing for the disconnects. Go to the disconnect page and fill out the full form once. 'Add to cart'. Then change the service ID and 'add to cart' again and so on until your done. Then 'edit cart and checkout' and 'place your order'.
