How to edit time worked entries in ServiceNow

If you need to edit your time card for a task, make note of the following:

To edit your time card:

  1. Navigate to the "Time Card" application in the menu
  2. Under "My Time Cards" click on "Current" to view your time cards for this week's work
    -OR-
    Under "My Time Cards" click on "All" to view all of the time cards for your account
  3. Open the time card in question
  4. In the related list at the bottom of the form, open the incorrect task time worked entry.
  5. Edit the time value for the record and save.
