If this is a computer managed by campus on Berkeley Desktop, you may install Citrix Workspace via IBM BigFix Support Center if you are on Windows or Self Service if you are on a Mac if it is not already installed.
Windows
IBM BigFix Support Center (blue circle icon with a lowercase white 'b") is located in your System Tray.
The System Tray can be found in the lower right hand corner of your screen next to the clock.
Please note, you may need click on the arrow button to Show Hidden Icons.
Locate Citrix Workspace under the Offers tab in BigFix and click on it.
Click on the Accept offer button in the upper right hand corner of the window.
Mac
Self Service can be found your Applications folder.
Locate and find Citrix Workspace in Self Service.
Click Install.
