How to change your ServiceNow theme as a licensed user

Note: This article only applies to licensed users within the platform. Self-service users do not have access to this functionality. 

To change your theme after logging into ServiceNow:

  1. Click on the gear icon in the top right of the screen next to the Logout button
  2. Scroll down in the menu that appears until you see the Theme selector
  3. Choose an alternate theme to apply
