How to cancel a change request

Follow the below process if you want to cancel your change request.

  1. Go to Service-Now ticketing system.

  2. Open change request module.

  3. Select your submitted change that you wants to cancel now.

  4. In the upper left corner, select “Additional Actions”

  1. From this section, select “Cancel Change” from the drop down

            

Below steps are only required if your change has previously reviewed in the CMR meeting and the CAB members already approve it.


Send an email to change board “changeboard@lists.berkeley.edu” for your cancel changed that was previously approved.
