How to Add an Email Signature in Android OS
You can customize your email signature in Android Account Settings or in the gMail App.
Before you begin
How to Set an Email Signature in Android OS:
1. Go to Settings>Accounts>Email.
2. Select the account for which to add your signature.
3. Under Common Settings go to Settings>Select Account and click on Signature.
4. Delete the default "Sent from..." text and type or paste your signature.
How to Add an Email Signature via the Android gMail App:
Before you begin
To Add the Signature:
1. Open the gMail App.
2. Click on Menu Icon from Inbox and scroll down to Settings.
3. Select your bMail account
4. Click on Signature.
5. Type or paste your signature in the field and click OK.
