Send All Calls – Activate or Deactivate
Does your phone ring for a short tone but does not allow you enough time to pick it up because it goes directly to voicemail?
If so, verify if the "Send All Calls" feature is active by doing the following:
For Digital Phones:
Scroll through your display screen to find the send all calls feature button. If it has a triangle symbol, press the feature button to remove or deactivate the feature.
To activate the feature, follow the instructions below:
Send All Calls (IST-programmed feature) To send calls to a call coverage destination (typically Voice Mail):
For Analog Phones:
Lift your handset and press #3 to deactivate the feature.
