With Google's latest update to Google Chrome (v45), the way that Citrix works has slightly changed. When accessing Citrix in Google Chrome 45+ for the first time, you will need to follow these steps:
1.Visit http://citrix.berkeley.edu/ , and log in with your CalNet ID and Passphrase.
2. You will see the following screen. Click Install
3. Check the "I agree with Citrix License Agreement" box, and then click on "Download"
4. Launch the downloaded file, "CitrixReceiverWeb.exe"
5. Run the downloaded file
6. Follow any install prompts you receive
7. Your browser screen may change to the following. Click on "Already Installed", after you've finished the installation
8. Once logged, click on your name on the menu in the top-right of your browser window. Then click "activate"
9. A new file will download in your browser. Click on it, once the download completes.
10. Wait for the following window to pop-up. This can take up to 1 minute. Click on "Add"
Citrix should now be fully configured to run on Google Chrome 45+. You should be able to access all of the standard Citrix applications, and should not be required to complete this process again.
