The same invoice number cannot be used with the same vendor more than once.

Results of using the same invoice number in multiple Payment Requests:

The associated voucher will error out when loaded into BFS.
Associated information in regards to the completed voucher will not be available in BFS.
The BearBuy Help Desk will need to be contacted for assistance in resolving this error.
