In order to use the library databases you actually have to log in to the library VPN rather than the one you normally use (1-Campus_VPN) to access other Haas resources- like our Terminal Servers. However, the place where you can choose the library VPN is not very obvious. Please see below for instructions.
Open the Cisco VPN as you normally would to log in and click connect.
Next, click on the pull down menu next to 1-Campus_VPN
Select the 3-Library_VPN option and click OK to connect.
Now open the Business Library site (http://www.lib.berkeley.edu/libraries/business-library) and try to open the database you need. You should now be able to access any of the Haas library databases.*
*Please note that you will need to use Internet Explorer to be able to access the Thompson One database.
