How do I use the Kaltura video editor?

Access your My Media in the global navigation (vertical navigation bar on the left) of bCourses or MediaSpace.
In My Media, locate the video you would like to edit and click the pencil icon to the right of its name.

3. Click the Launch Editor button (located to the right of the video).

- You can also open the editor by clicking on the video's title in My Media to open the video on its own page, and then select Launch Editor from the Actions dropdown menu.

The video editor will open in a new window on your screen with a video player on the right side.

The icons in the navigation bar on the left represent:

If at any point in your editing you want to exit and start over, simply click the Exit arrow at the bottom of the left hand navigation bar.

Notes:

When you are done editing, you can choose either Save or Save a Copy. In most cases you will want to Save a Copy to ensure that you have a backup in case you made a mistake or (as occurs on occasion), Kaltura corrupts your file upon saving. If you require a permanent deletion of content you have removed in your editing process, however, choose Save.
If you choose to watch the video below, please note that it does not explain how to switch streams in the editor (for dual stream videos). To switch between streams, click the icon under the play button (highlighted below) and select the stream you wish to view from the popup menu.
