How do I turn off receiving voicemail through email?

If your voicemail box is associated with you and your email address, you can turn off receiving voicemail through email by following these steps:

  1. Log into  https://calvm-access.berkeley.edu/
  2. left-nav:  Notification Settings
  3. click on the 'SMS' tab
  4. tick or untick the 'Enable Short Message Service (SMS) checkbox
  5. enter or update the email address under 'Contact Details'
