Searching in bMail can be enhanced by using specific search operators to refine and narrow the process of looking through your messages.

To search for mail in bMail (using search operators):
  1. Log into bMail
    1. Navigate to bmail.berkeley.edu/
    2. If prompted with the CalNet Authentication Screen, enter your CalNetID and passphrase as appropriate.
  2. Locate the search bar located near the top middle of the screen.
  3. Navigate to Google's Knowledge Base article, Advanced Search.
  4. Enter search operators as appropriate into the search bar.
