If you receive an ‘Access Denied’ error when logging into Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprises (CCE), please report the error to software@berkeley.edu and include your UC Berkeley email address. There is a known issue that affects people who have an email address on record in CalNet that does not follow the @berkeley.edu format. An Adobe Enterprise ID will be assigned to you so you can sign in.
