Redacting / removing an attachment from an order in BearBuy requires different steps depending on the state of the order, but can be done.
How to remove an attachment from an order in BearBuy:
- As a cart:
- A Cart Authorizer or Requisition Creator can edit the cart before proceeding with the transaction.
- As a processed requisition:
- If an additional authorizer or approver sees infringing data after the requisition has been submitted into workflow, the requisition needs to be returned.
- The user (or Requisition Creator) can then edit the cart to remove the file, redact the infringing data and resubmit the cart themselves.
- As a Purchase Order & Voucher:
- These requests must be submitted to SciQuest (the vendor that provides the BearBuy application) for removal of the offending attachment. Contact the CSS IT ServiceDesk for additional assistance.
