Log into Azure with your CalNet ID by going to https://portal.azure.com/

 

Support requests are primarily handled by Microsoft support.  bIT Cloud Operations Group provides support for specific issues, including allocating resources outside of the default region (US West 2). 

General Azure questions go to Microsoft support.  Click on the "Support + Troubleshooting" button in the upper-right corner of the portal site to submit your request.

Questions or issues involving UC Berkeley policy or support can go to cloud-ticket@berkeley.edu.  Please include the subscription name in your request.  Some examples of UCB issues are listed below:

Connectivity to campus resources using the Azure VPN Gateway / Site to Site VPN using the virtual network provided with your subscription.
Requesting resources outside of the West US 2 region for services like OpenAI.
Obtaining access and licensing for Microsoft Fabric.
