Collaborators are users who can be added as an editor, viewer or co-owner in regards to files and folders that you own within the service.

Read Box Support: Inviting Collaborators

To invite collaborators to Box:

  1. Navigate to berkeley.box.com/
  2. Click on the Continue button in the right hand portion of the screen.
    • If prompted by the CalNet Authentication Screen, enter your CalNetID and passphrase.
  3. Navigate to the Box Knowledge Base article on Inviting Collaborators to Box
  4. Follow and apply the procedure as applicable.
