You can configure your Windows server to use a campus licensing server by using group policy management. Connect to the uc.berkeley.edu forest, select the appropriate OU for your computer account object, and create a new group policy.

Use the specified Remote Desktop license servers
rds-pts01.ist.berkeley.edu
rds-pts02.ist.berkeley.edu

Please note that you will not be able to use Microsoft's remote desktop utility to verify the status of the licensing servers.
