How do I display a document preview as inline content in the Rich Content Editor?

You can display a document preview as inline content in bCourses so that viewers can see the content without having to download the file. Here's an example.

How to display a document preview as inline content in bCourses

If you are a student:

1. Follow the instructions in How do I upload a document in the Rich Content Editor as a student? until the "View Link Options" step.

2. From here, make sure to select "Preview inline" and "Expand preview by default" under "Display Options" to display your document preview as inline content.

3. Continue following the instructions in How do I upload a document in the Rich Content Editor as a student? to publish or share your entry.


If you are an instructor:

1. Follow the instructions in How do I upload a document in the Rich Content Editor as an instructor? until the "View Link Options" step.

2. From here, make sure to select "Preview inline" and "Expand preview by default" under "Display Options" to display your document preview as inline content.
