If your voicemail box is associated with you and your email address, you can change the email address associated with your voicemail box by following these steps:

  1. Log into  https://calvm-access.berkeley.edu/
  2. left-nav:  Notification Settings
  3. click on the 'SMS' tab
  4. update the email address under 'Contact Details'
