1. Go to http://telcat.berkeley.edu/
2. Select the blue tab labeled Go to the Telecom Catalog.
3. You will be required to log in with your Calnet ID and passphrase.
4. Look on the left-menu for Service Catalog and click it.
5. Look for the Manage Existing Services in the options provided.
6. Under that, see Change Funding on Service, Mass or Individual.
7. Select the appropriate service and proceed.
