How do I Back up my Berkeley Qualtrics Surveys and Data

This document is meant to help Haas clients with backing up Qualtrics surveys and raw data when leaving Haas and before their Calnet ID expires.

Qualtrics now has great documentation both for backing up (exporting) both your actual surveys so that they can be shared or opened in another Qualtrics account, or the actual raw data or responses to your surveys.

Exporting Qualtrics Surveys

Please visit the Qualtrics Import and Export Surveys page for detailed instructions on exporting your survey(s). If you would like to have a backup or share/transfer your survey to another Qualtrics account, you should use the in Qualtrics Survey Format (QSF) to export your survey. Otherwise, surveys can also be downloaded as Word documents, or they can be printed as .PDFs.
