How do I access Other Calendars and bCal resources on my mobile device?

On a mobile device (iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry, Android, etc) the Other Calendars and calendar resources (such as rooms, equipment, etc) cannot be viewed through the native clients, but can be viewed and manipulated through the browser.

To view resources / Other Calendars on a mobile device

  1. Open a browser on the mobile device 
    • Chrome on Android, Safari on an iPhone.
  2. Navigate to bcal.berkeley.edu/
    • If prompted with the CalNet Authentication Screen, enter your CalNetID and passphrase.
  3. Navigate and open calendars and events as applicable.
    • Click on the + button in the upper right corner to add a room.
    • A Calendars drop down box is also available that allows the selection of any calendar associated with the account.
