Add shared space or equipment to Google Calendar

Facility managers can request to add a new Google Calendar resource (e.g., meeting room, shared space, or equipment) to make it available to reserve as a shared resource through Google Calendar.

Facility managers, and individuals acting on their behalf

Submit the Calendar Resource Request Form.

Create Zoom meetings from Google Calendar

Individuals can install the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on to integrate Zoom with your Google Calendar, allowing you to create and add a Zoom link directly from your calendar invite.
