Employee accounts may request the ability to automatically forward email to other @berkeley.edu accounts, other UC Campuses, or affiliated labs. |

Create a SPA Gmail account |
Once a SPA CalNet ID has been created, a Gmail/Google account can be associated with it, which enables collaboration and sharing. |
SPAs |
Gmail accounts can be added and managed through bConnected Account Management. Follow the instructions on the Managing SPA-affiliated bMail Accounts page. |

Use mail merge to send emails |
Accounts can request to access the Yet Another Mail Merge (YAMM) add-on, a Gmail integration for creating personalized emails, newsletters, or forms to multiple recipients. |

Create an app password |
SPAs can request app passwords to connect external apps and devices (e.g., printers, scanners, copiers). |

Remove an alias (alternate email) |
Account holders can request to remove user-generated aliases, which are alternate email addresses associated with the primary account. System-generated aliases can not be removed. |
