Fraud, Cellular

Dear Campus Cellular Service Customer: 

 

We have received fraudulent email that is probably being widely distributed on campus from the following vendor:

Engage by Cell <info@engagebycellmobile.com>

 

Please be aware that this is fraud.  We do not do business with this entity.  If you receive email from them, please do the following:

 

1. Select and open the fraudulent e-mail.

2. Click on the three-vertical dot menu button to the right of the "Reply" button on your toolbar in order to open a drop-down menu.

3. Select the "Report spam" option from the drop-down menu by right-clicking. A small dialogue box will open automatically after you

   select this option.

4. Confirm that you want to report the message by clicking the "Report Phishing Message" button at the bottom of the pop-up dialogue box.
