Composite property

Use it only with Composite Properties - currently, only one Campus implementation uses these types of fields.

Do not use it if your implementation does not include this type of properties

Content (property)

This procedure can be used to perform a full text content search fordocuments submitted to Content Server.

Document property

When there is a need for a report that displays the Notes field, the number of pages or the workflow queue where the document is actually located at the moment

Includes ten document status, the two most used are:

When there is a need for a report that displays whether the document is in workflow and or its workflow status

Includes seven variables, the most used are:

Workflow user

When there is a need for a report that displays by whom a document was created, who its workflow user is, and by whom it was last modified, or viewed

Workflow item property

 

 

Includes four workflow item properties:

Item ID

Item Status

Item Type

Item User

In general, use to know who the item's workflow user is and what the status of the item is (idle, working, waiting for inbound action, etc.)
