Exporting Data
Background
Sometimes users need to download the data that appears in the ImageNow Explorer (Grid), such as index values, custom properties, time in queue, etc. To do this, use the Export from Grid option to export the data to a csv extension file.
Resolution
- Log into ImageNow.
- Navigate to the queue or document area from which you would like to export the data.
- The ImageNow Explorer will open.
- Select any item (row) and right click on it.
- Choose Export Grid
- Enter the location and name for where the new csv file should be created
- Click on Save
