- After you have made your own copy of the Master Report Template with your report title as per the previous page, you can update the filters to see only your assignment group. If you do not know how to create your own copy of a Master Template please visit Knowledge article "Making Your Own Copy of an Existing Master Report Template" before moving forward with this one.
- Click on Add Filter Condition

- Click on the arrow next to the right of – choose field – and start typing in assignment group. ServiceNow will start matching your search criteria as you type. You can select assignment group as soon as it is displayed.

- The operator will default to is. Then enter your assignment group name or if you are not sure of the name, click on the magnifying glass and enter search criteria for the name. In this case, we know that the name includes CCU but we are not sure of the rest of the name so we precede CCU with the wildcard *. For more information on wildcards, please see Appendix A.
