With the upgrade to version Jakarta on October 14, 2017, the default accessibility settings have changed.  Accessibility was turned on by default for everyone and now with the new version, it will be turned off for everyone and will be turned on only for those who do so.

To turn on or off accessibility for your login, follow these instructions:

  1. Click the Settings Cog. The cog is located to the right of the Logout button.
  2. Enable Accessibility.  Clicking the settings cog will display a menu. Click the slide bar to the right of "Accessibility Enabled" option.
  3. You will receive the following message "To change accessibility settings, the page must be reloaded". Click "Ok".

Is accessibility enabled?

When you are on a service request form and you enter a value in a field, when you tab out of the field, if the value is not retained, then you need to turn off accessibility for your login by following the instructions above.  If the tab key is working as expected, then there is no action for you to take.
