Select DVD/VCR > More Controls > Menu (use the arrows to jump to Languages) > Languages > Enter/Select > Use the arrows to select a language > Enter/Select > Close X > Play

Remote Control Option-
  1. Press “Menu” on the DVD remote and look for an option to turn on the subtitle feature. DVD menus are different for each disk – sometimes the subtitles are listed under the heading of “Audio Setup”, “Languages”, “Playback Options” or something similar.
  2. Once you find the Subtitle option on the DVD, highlight and select the option using the remote.  Set the subtitles to “On”, “English”, etc.
NOTE: If you do not see  “Subtitle”, “Audio”, “Languages”, or similar options on the DVD menu, your DVD may not be Closed-Captioned. Please contact the Moffitt Library if you would like to add closed captioning to your media.  http://www.lib.berkeley.edu/MRC/
