Displaying Routed and Routed by in Views and in Columns

Background

Sometimes, users need to be able to see the date when a document was Routed and by whom (Routed by).

Solution

To be able to see these data in columns, users with appropriate access rights can follow the steps below:

1. Log in to ImageNow.
   
2. On the ImageNow Explorer, open the workflow queue where these two columns should appear.
3. Either click on the Columns button and on the Columns dialog box, check the Routed and Routed by check boxes. Click OK. 
4. Or, right click on any column name, highlight Columns and choose Routed and Routed by

5. The columns will now appear in your workflow queue view. This can be saved in a private filter (see job aid 2.Creating and Saving a Simple Private Filter).
