Streamline user support by making it easy for them to identify their Account Administrators.

Solution

Customize the DocuSign Help button content to direct users to their own Account Administrators.

 

Note: the link to DocuSign support remains.  

  1. Choose:
    1. Settings
    2. Account Profile
    3. Custom Help Contact
  2. Complete Form
    1. Note that only one Name/Email/Phone can be included; however, you can include others in the message body.
