Online Evaluation of Courses Timeline

The Online Evaluation of Courses at Berkeley (OEC) operates based on a cycle of 3 phases.

 

Phase 1. Gather information from SIS / Acquire departmental confirmation

Phase 2. Create and publish evaluations

Phase 3. Generate / Distribute reports

   

Departmental cooperation is required in Phases 1 and 3, while Phase 2 is completed by Course Evaluations service  alone. Departmental cooperation in Phase 2 is optional but highly recommended.

Making Changes Past the Deadline

Beyond the Phase 2 deadline (following data confirmation), changes made to the confirmation sheets will not be reflected. As independent revisions will not be supported, if you would like to make a modification, please send all requests to the help desk, where we will make a change in the data on your behalf. You can access the help desk by emailing course-evaluations@berkeley.edu. Please tag your email with the “Data Confirmation” component.
