Course Capture recordings are uploaded to Kaltura. By default, only official instructors and their designated collaborators have access to the recordings. There are a number of options available for sharing with all students in a course or with selected students.

Share with All Students

To share recordings with all students in your course, you can use one of the following methods:

• Change your Course Capture settings to auto-publish
• Publish the recording manually to the Media Gallery
• Embed the recording into a bCourses Page that is available for all your students. How to embed Kaltura Media
• Add the recording to a bCourses Module

Share with Selected Students

To share with only selected students, you can choose one of the following methods. For detailed instructions, please refer to the section in the how to restrict recordings to certain students article.

• Sharing a Course Capture through an Assignment (see Option 1 in above article)
• Sharing a Course Capture to a student's My Media (see Option 2 in above article)
• Sharing Course Captures in a bCourses Project Site (see Option 3 in above article)
