Background
Sometimes, right after the Perceptive Content has been installed, users receive an error message that pops up when they try to print a document using the ImageNow printer. The error message is:
'Could not find an application window that matches X application plan.'
Where "X" is the name of an application plan the system is trying to use.
Resolution
This issue does not require uninstall of the Perceptive Content client
a) This could be fixed by user training. Please have the end user contact their Functional Owner for training.
b) The required INow printer settings have not been set. Please assign the ticket to the Imagine team.
