Yes, both managed and self-managed customers can request their VPS be moved to a different subnet.  Be sure to include the hostname and any aliases you want moved.  In most cases, IP changes will need to be coordinated with the proper delivery group and take place during normal business hours.

Be prepared to review the rules prior to changing the IP address and test network connectivity after the change.  This is highly recommended if there are a lot of firewall rules being applied to your VPS


Managed Windows customers-
There will be a minimum one hour time and materials charge for this type of work.  Also, your server will be unavailable briefly during the transition.  A Change Management Request (CMR) must be filed if the server is a production system.
